Automatic filling system

The automatic filling system based on filler caps and floats has the advantage that all cells are simultaneously topped up to the correct level in the blink of an eye & without spilling = time saving!

Acid circulation

In the case of acid circulation, a tube is built into the cells, whereby a minute amount of air is blown into the cells via the charger in order to initiate a circulation of the electrolyte from the start of the charge.
Requires charger with air pump!

The Blinky is an indicator light that indicates whether there is sufficient water level in the battery cells.
This is an easy tool to see if it needs to be refilled.

Data logger

The (WiFi) data logger is connected to a battery of an industrial vehicle. It monitors the most important battery parameters, records all essential values and thus ensures the greatest possible care and efficiency.
Using external sensors (bi-directional flow sensor, thermal sensor, liquid level sensor) all battery data can be read, recorded and forwarded during the machine's work and charge cycle.
With the collected data, the battery status can be determined and appropriate corrections can be made in the charging process to ensure a longer battery life.

Layout of the traction cells

Please select the exact layout of the placement of the traction cells in the battery, so that we can deliver the most optimal cables with the cells. If you don't know the layout, we'll delivery a standard set of cables that will meet up with assembly of the tractioncells in a case.
